This Commission Program Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in EchoVQ's referral and commission program operated by ECHO VQ PTY LTD ("EchoVQ").
This Agreement is a standalone document and is incorporated by reference into EchoVQ's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service regarding commission matters, this Agreement prevails.
By applying for or participating in the commission program, you agree to this Agreement.
To participate in the EchoVQ commission program, you must:
Commission rates are based on the total lifetime value of referred subscriptions that remain active:

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net subscription revenue (excluding taxes and Stripe processing fees) received by EchoVQ from each qualifying referred subscriber.
"Recurring" means you receive a commission payment each month that a referred subscriber remains active and paying. Commissions are not a one-time payment.
A referred subscriber qualifies for commission if they:
The attribution window is 30 days from the date of the referral link click. If a user signs up outside this window, no commission is earned for that subscriber.

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days of the end of each calendar month, subject to:
Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect direct transfer to your connected bank account. EchoVQ may offer alternative payment methods at its discretion. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment details.
Commissions are paid in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commission payments may be taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations.
EchoVQ will not withhold tax from commission payments unless required to do so by applicable law. Where required, EchoVQ may request a tax identification number or equivalent documentation from you. EchoVQ will issue payment summaries or tax documentation as required by Australian law. You must maintain accurate records of commission income for tax purposes.
The minimum payout threshold is AUD $50. If your monthly commission balance is below AUD $50, it rolls forward to the next month and accumulates until the threshold is reached.
Accumulated unpaid commissions will be forfeited if your participation in the program is terminated for cause (see Section 9.2).
Instead of receiving a cash commission payment, you may elect to donate your commission to an EchoVQ-nominated charitable organisation. Options and instructions are available in your account dashboard.
Give-back donations are made by EchoVQ on your behalf. You will receive a donation acknowledgement for tax purposes where applicable. The give-back election may be changed at any time for future commission cycles; elections cannot be reversed for commission cycles that have already closed.
If a referred subscriber receives a refund, the commission associated with that refunded payment will be deducted from your next commission payout. If the deduction exceeds your current balance, the deficit carries forward.
If a payment subject to commission results in a chargeback, EchoVQ will deduct the full commission amount (plus any associated chargeback fees passed through to EchoVQ) from your commission balance.
If EchoVQ determines that any referrals were obtained through fraudulent means, spam, or misrepresentation, all commissions associated with those referrals will be reversed and your participation terminated. EchoVQ may seek recovery of previously paid commissions in such cases.
You may withdraw from the commission program at any time by contacting support@echovq.com. Any accrued commission above the minimum payout threshold will be paid in the next regular payout cycle after your withdrawal.
EchoVQ may terminate your participation immediately and without notice if you:
Upon termination for cause, unpaid commissions below the minimum threshold are forfeited. Commissions above the minimum threshold that have been fully earned and are not subject to clawback may be paid at EchoVQ's discretion.
EchoVQ reserves the right to discontinue the commission program at any time with 60 days' written notice. All accrued commissions as at the discontinuation date will be paid in the final payout cycle.
EchoVQ will provide at least 30 days' written notice of any material changes to commission rates, qualifying conditions, payout schedules, or minimum thresholds. Notice will be provided by email to your registered address and by a notice in your EchoVQ dashboard.
Your continued participation in the commission program after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Changes that increase your commission rate or otherwise benefit you may take effect immediately without notice.
